Open Ground Class

The KFI Private Pilot Open Class program is a series of guided study sessions designed primarily for Private Pilot level students who are preparing for their checkride.  The focus is to help students reach an application level of knowledge as a pilot.

There are eight sessions covering each subject required by Private Pilot Airman Certification Standards to be completed before pursuing a checkride for the Private Pilot License. Each class is held weekly on a two month rotation.  It is highly advised for students to attend the classes as they work through their training.

Students/pilots at any level, from any school, are encouraged to attend.
